ACCOUNT NAMING POLICY

When selecting a display name or Username for a Brownmonster/Rush Rally Account, online game, service, character, team name or object, please be aware of the following restrictions that are NOT appropriate for use:

  1. Names of historical or religious significance.

  2. Common names or references to drug related substances, culture or paraphernalia.

  3. Sexually explicit, defamatory, obscene, racially or ethnically offensive names or slang.

  4. Globally popular registered trademark names of products, goods, materials or services.

  5. Misspelled variations or homonyms of any of the above rules.

Naming Policy Enforcement

If any of your display names are in violation of any of the above naming rules, the Brownmonster Accounts Support Team reserves the right to either:

  1. Change the name to a more suitable alternative. Brownmonster will not engage in any dialogue regarding further changes to renamed avatars and the decision of the Brownmonster Accounts Support team will be final.

  2. Temporarily suspend or permanently ban, without notice, your account.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

If you’re under the age require to manager your own Brownmonster/Rush Rally account, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use an account. Please ask your parent or legal guardian to read these terms with you.

If you’re a parent or legal guardian, and you allow your child to use the services, then these terms apply to you and you’re responsible for your child’s activity on the services.

Privacy Policy

At Brownmonster Ltd, we value your comments, suggestions and feedback. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use and disclose "personal information" and other "non personal information" we have gathered about you.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it from you?

'Personal Information' is information or an opinion that identifies you as an individual. We collect and store your name, country and profile picture when you connect to Google Play, Game Center or Facebook from within any of our games. If you contact us directly for any reason, we may also keep a copy of that correspondence.

When connected to any of the aforementioned networks, other users of our games also connected to these networks will be able to see your name, country, profile picture and any game related data within leaderboards related to that game (This could include game points / lap times / rankings). No other information will be taken or used in anyway.

 

Any personal information obtained from Google Play, Game Center or Facebook will be disclosed to you the user when you connnect for the first time. Should the data we collect change, you will automatically be asked to agree to the new terms.

 

Sensitive Information

Sensitive information is defined in the US Privacy Act (1974) to include information or opinion about such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a professional body, criminal records or health information.

 

Brownmonster will not attempt to obtain nor record any sensitive information.

 

Disclosure of Personal Information

We will not sell, trade, rent or disclose any of the personal information you provide to us for any reason, without your prior consent. Otherwise, your Personal Information will only be disclosed where required or allowable by law.

 

Security of Personal Information

Your Personal Information is stored offsite in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. We don't guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties and you access those sites at your own risk.

 

Access to your Personal Information

Under the Privacy Act, NPP 6 gives you the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please make out your request to us in writing at the address listed below. Brownmonster will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee. Please be aware that in order to protect the Personal Information in our database, we will require identification from you before releasing any information.

 

Collection of other 'Non-Personal' Information

Though Brownmonster itself does not use cookies in order to track your movement around the web, our websites and apps may contain APIs from third parties. These may be used in any of our apps. Our third party partners, and their privacy policies are as follows:

Account Deletion

Should you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please email privacy@brownmonster.co.uk with your username and email that you used to create the account, and tell us that you want the account to be deleted. We will aim to complete your request within 30 days of email receipt, you will not be notified when the account is deleted.
