Over the last week I've actually managed to spend quite a bit of time late in the evenings winding down. This part of the build was the most fun so far, it basically mean building the diff and gearbox for the rear axles. What I also did was take the time to order a ball bearing race set for the Blackfoot (£10) which replaces the plastic bearings will proper metal ball bearings, which means you can easily upgrade the motor without having to rebuild the diff and gearbox again. If you upgrade the motor without the ball bearings you may find that the torque is too great and the diff/gearbox will break.
